My father who recently underwent neuro surgery under the care of Dr Ebby K Sebastian at this hospital. Dr explained my father’s condition and the surgical plan in a way we could understand. During the operation his expertise was evident in how smoothly things went afterward he monitored carefully and patiently explained my father’s progress, test reports and cleared our doubts. What impressed me mostly was his empathy and spoke to us with genuine concern mostly doctors don’t have these days. His confidence gave us hope and his presence brought us comfort. The doctor is truly an asset to this hospital.

I also want to thank the hospital MD Dr Hashim Sir after the surgery his follow ups were consistently thoughtful. The level of leadership truly reflects the hospital’s efficient and structured approach.

A very special mention goes to the ICU and post ICU nursing staffs. The nurses, especially showed exceptional compassion and dedication. They not only provided medical care but also emotional support checking in on my father ensuring his comfort and patiently explaining his progress to us.
