What started as an unexpected health scare during my vacation in Kerala turned into a truly reassuring experience, thanks to the wonderful care I received at Azeezia Hospital and Dr Vishak.S
The emergency care was quick and excellent. Finding out I had multiple gallbladder stones and needed surgery was a real shock.I was then introduced to Dr. Vishak S., Surgical Gastroenterologist, who was actually off duty but responded to the calls promptly. His calm and reassuring words gave me confidence when I was at my most anxious.I met Dr. Vishak the next morning, and his calm, patient approach reassured both me and my parents. He explained everything clearly, and the surgery went smoothly and successfully, even on a Sunday.Thank you, Dr. Vishak, for your expertise and healing hands.
I would also like to give a special mention to Mr. Bennyamin, his Physician Assistant. His patience, kindness, and consistently positive attitude made a huge difference throughout my stay. He was always approachable, and never failed to greet me with a reassuring smile.
I am also grateful to the entire nursing team on the 8th floor and SICU, especially Ms. Lidiya, the floor supervisor. Kesiya, Siya, Anagha, Remya Praveen, Kripa, Archana, and all the nursing staff and supervisors whose names I may have missed.
From the Emergency Department to my discharge, I received wonderful care and kindness from so many people. What began as a frightening and unexpected experience turned into a reassuring one because of this amazing team.
