Overall, it was a very smooth process and a great experience. I had chosen the master health check-up package. Special thanks to Mubashira and the staff at the enquiry desk. The doctors are wonderful and really take the time to listen to us patiently.
My physician was Dr. Adarsh, and he was fantastic — warm, funny, and so easy to talk to. He didn’t feel like a typical doctor at all; it felt like talking to someone who’d known us for years.
Overall, it didn’t feel like a money-minded service, which is rare to find these days — and this isn’t just my experience, other family members have felt the same way too.
