Guest relation Naseema had accompanied me throughout to take me to lab, Doctors, X ray and echo department and then to dietitian she also collected all reports and proscription from Doctors I appreciate her
I had consulted Dr Pratheesh Prabhakaran Cardiologist he had take ample time to see my reports and had give good advise for me to be healthy and his behaviour was so comfortable for me .
I also met Dietitian Athira she had also advised me diet to follow compulsory in future to be healthy. She was kind enough to answer my stupid question.
When I say about lab, x ray department, Echo test department all staffs were excellent.
Main thing to tell is wash rooms was so neat and clean well maintained.
Canteen also so good .
Overall staff behaviour is very good try to maintain this always.
I would recommend my friends and known people to come to AZEEZIA hospital Alathur for treatment.( Since this is not a tourist place let each and every one be healthy to avoid hospital treatments) this doesn’t mean anything wrong about hospital.
Good experience here.
