We chose this hospital primarily because of the availability of Dr. Lally Raj Nair, and we are so glad we did! The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.
The treatment, care, and facilities were top-notch. The hospital was well-managed, with a clean and comfortable environment. The housekeeping and maintenance were impeccable, and the canteen offered a variety of food options that were convenient and tasty.
A special mention to the staff nurses, who provided outstanding care. They were compassionate, attentive, and always ready to assist, making our experience much more comfortable. Nimya sister, in particular, stood out for her kindness and professionalism—she made a huge difference in the overall experience.
Dr. Vishnu, the pediatrician, was also exceptional in looking after our baby. He was thorough, gentle, and made sure we were well-informed about the baby’s health and care. It gave us a lot of comfort knowing our little one was in such good hands.
