I delivered my first baby at this hospital and had a good experience overall. The doctors and nurses were caring, professional, and supportive throughout labor and delivery. They made me feel safe and well cared for as a first time mother. I’m grateful for the care I received.The senior nurses are very friendly and supportive in the ward, labour room, and NICU. The doctor team is also very nice and kind, explains everything clearly, which was very reassuring as a first time mother.
The security staff in the ward are very helpful, and the cleaning staff is doing a good job maintaining cleanliness.
The only small disappointment was that the discharge process took a long time. Overall, I am satisfied and would recommend this hospital❤️
