My son had a fever, so I brought him to the casualty early in the morning, around 7 AM. Since he’s terrified of doctors, they examined him gently. They gave him an injection and also checked his blood. We needed to settle the bill before going to the Pediatric ward, and the doctor agreed to leave the fluid line attached when we moved to avoid him having to get poked again. We consulted Dr. Tanuja, a pediatrician, who advised us to get him admitted since he wasn’t eating. The treatment, including fluids and injections, started after admission. Dr. Tanuja and the nurses took excellent care of him. The child usually dislikes taking medicine, but the nurses managed to give it to him by diverting his attention with activities. Dr. Tanuja is a very good doctor who understands children well.
